"The location is great and close to many metro and bus options. The unit is very spacious for a Paris apartment, the bed is comfortable, great water pressure, a washing machine and decent wifi connection so I was able to work and study, and convenient space to store clothes and extra luggage. The apartment was well equipped, it had almost everything we needed, and when we asked for an extra blanket, a few extra clothes hangers, and a couple of pot covers so we could cook - our requests were answered and fulfilled quickly. Despite the few issues we had during our stay, overall it is a very convenient apartment and I would stay there again if I came back for a shorter duration."

"About the management: We were two adults and we only received one key. We asked for an extra key 4 times during the next 5 days, we were told it wasn't possible 3 times and only after we accidently locked ourselves out of the apartment and had to pay 150 Euros to the person they sent, we were given an extra copy. This left a very bitter taste in our mouths - we are two adults with different schedules and agendas and during the first 5 days we had to cancel plans or leave something we were doing in the middle (including 2 birthday parties) and take ubers just to let each other in the house. We would never get locked out if we both had our own key (The day that happened we misunderstood each other and we both thought the other person is taking the key). This was the first time in 15 years I was told I couldn't have more than one key for two people occupying a short-term or long-term rental unit, and on top of that, we learnt after the fact that 150 Euros is on the very expensive side of getting a locksmith in our area (we found 3 options that were between 50-100 just within a 1 mile radius from us) About the apartment: 1) The unit was decent but not very clean, especially considering we paid 346 Euros in cleaning fees, which is double the highest amount I have ever seen. All the little decorations on the shelves were dusty and some had spiderwebs on them, the areas under the sofa and under the bed were dirty, and the extra sheets and towels were smelly and some were dirty. We did a thorough clean and washed everything the next day. 2) No natural light - The unit is on the ground floor and the only windows are facing the courtyard which is a small space in between 4 tall walls. The apartment gets no natural light at all, even when it is fully sunny outside, it looks overcast from inside the unit."
